This was probably the easiest carpet cleaning service to get in touch with that I have ever worked with before. I mean super fast communication and overall response time. They were extremely transparent and straight forward when it came to their pricing and the results that I could expect. I know I’ve payed other places here in Omaha at least 3x what they charged me today to have carpets cleaned in the past. Also usually carpet cleaners will charge extra to treat animal stains but they didn’t. My basement carpet was just saturated in cat pee In one area and after they left I couldn’t smell it anymore and the stains were gone. They were super nice guys, I will 100% go to them in the future over anyone else in town. ~ Liana L

We had just bought a house where the carpets had some stains and areas that were stained/worn down by continually walking on them (i.e., stairs and pathways in the living areas). First shining star that Done Right Carpet Cleaning receives is their timeliness. I called Tuesday around 2-3PM and was able to schedule an appointment for noon on Wednesday (yes, the very next day). Fast forward to Wednesday and Brandon from Done Right Carpet Cleaning was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early! Second shining star is for the quality cleaning job. As mentioned, my carpets were not pretty, he even made a face when he saw my carpets by assured me he would get them clean. Needless to say, he delivered! My carpets look brand new! Final shining star is for the cost! The cleaning service was very affordable! I plan on using them again in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs! ~ Brittany F

We’ve had Brandon from Done Right Carpet Cleaning do two huge jobs for us. The first one was a full house cleaning in Lincoln, Nebraska. It was a challenge because the carpets needed to be replaced in order to sell the property. Brandon was able to clean them so well that the house sold within two days of cleaning the existing carpets. Amazing! Second time was another full house of carpets with many pet stains. Brandon used enzyme treatment, agitation, and extraction to get the carpets back to new again. Very professional, courteous, and conscientious. Highly recommended. ~ Kaye S

Initially I was happy with the way that my carpet was cleaned however I was kind of concerned because you didn’t use a regular carpet cleaner just some buffer my carpet look good for a couple days but then the stains came right back I called and left him a message and he told me he would make it right and take care of it and he totally spaced me off will never do business again with this person initially he seem like a great guy but in the long run he was only after the money he really wasn’t concerned with doing the job right ~ Buster D

Brandon was very professional and just a super nice guy. We called to get the carpets cleaned in our living room and stairs while we were waiting for our new couch to be delivered. Brandon, absolutely ruled. My mom passed very suddenly, and I completely signed up to have a reception (following the memorial) at my house. Now, fully realizing a strong-willed lab puppy has spent lots of time at my house, the carpets have taken a beating from the little butthead.. Again, my house was on the block for hosting 100+ people for the reception, and I didn’t want that for anyone who came in (stains, smell, etc). I called Brandon, explained the expediency of my need, and he completely came thru, on time, and with high quality. He was able to remove the organic stains (as he put it) and overall provide a great experience for all of my families guests without having to smell or see the existence of pets. I rarely write reviews, but I do highly recommend DoneRight (Brandon), love that he’s a family man with a huge heart, and out here just making it happen for himself and his; I will always respect that. Brandon cleaned our basement carpets which had been a favorite spot of one of our dogs to relieve herself. Brandon called ahead 1 hour before our appointment to confirm the time frame which I loved. He arrived during the time and quickly started working. It took roughly 1.5 hours and he did 2 sets of long stairs, a basement, bedroom, upstairs large bedroom, and laundry room. He was very professional and personable!
